Namido Martial Arts Yudanshakai Leadership

CONGRATULATIONS TO MASTER MICHAEL FRAZIER: MASTER FRAZIER NAMED NI-DAI SOKE OF THE NAMIDO JUJITSU SYSTEM AND THE NAMIDO MARTIAL ARTS YUDANSHAKAI!

A WORD FROM OUR SOKE: MASTER MICHAEL FRAZIER

As we've said before, Namido is an organization that is made up of many styles and we are a round table of high ranking black belts that are annointed by God as teachers and mentors for their students. There is not one special martial artist in this group that calls all the shots, we work together as a family to lead this organization free from politics. We all have been a part of the martial arts  and it's politics, with people who wanted to be a dictator of the organization,  and none of us want any part of that. Politics are and have always been, the downfall of the martial arts community with closed minded instructors and leaders, who think if you are not part of their group or because you may not have trained with so and so, then you must not be legitimate. Legitimacy is measured by the effectiveness of your techniques, if they work, they are legitimate.

We want all of you to know that Namido will not judge you by who you have or haven't trained with. We will not cast you in a negative light before others, for associating yourself with other martial artist that we may not. You will be respected by your own merit in the technical aspects of your martial art. If you would like to train with any of our leadership, or you would like to schedule a training seminar with any of our leaders, please contact them through their email addresses.

I have personally trained with each of the leaders in our organization and I have first hand knowledge of these instructors and their talents. These instructors are some of the finest people you will ever meet and I have been around many masters of the martial arts but, none that would hold a candle to these guys.

I would like to say a few words about our President, Master Larry Ingle. Master Ingle is one of the nicest and most deadly men you could ever meet. When I say I have had first hand experience with this man, I mean first hand! I have trained with Master Ingle since I was thirteen years old and if I keep talking I am going to tell off on mine and Master Ingle's age so, I will stop right there! I use to help him get ready on a regular basis when he fought in the PKA back in the early 80's. He is one of the most knowledgeable men I know. I could go on and on about him but, that would take a long time. He is one of my dearest friends and I will always honor him as my own Sensei and I hope I can always live up to the standards he has set for me to follow.

As your new Soke, I want you to know that I will pursue excellence in this organization and lead it to the best of my abilities and I will always seek first God's desires for this organization. I have many ideas for the organization and my desire is to grow in membership. I have a desire to help other martial artist reach their desired goals in the martial arts and to unify all styles and stylist. My door is always open for ideas and to listen to the problems and needs of our members. Thank you for your confidence!
