NEW HEAD OF GOVERNORS:
The Namido Yudanshakai is pleased and excited to announce the appointment of Shihan Jody Pittman as the new Namido Head of Governors. Shihan Pittman is both an excellent martial artist and a fine example of a Godly man. Shihan Pittman will be overseeing the Namido Public Relations Department, all state representatives, and will, among other things, be assisting in organizing and promoting several Namido events/seminars each year. The Namido organization looks forward to many wonderful things from Shihan Pittman in the future. ***NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT***
The Namido Yudanshakai is proud to announce the opening of yet another school in the Mississippi area. Sensei Brian Means will be opening his school, Sword of the Lord Martial Arts Academy of Cornerstone Church, at Cornerstone Church in Pearl, MS. The classes will begin on the first Saturday of February, 2008 and will be opened to anyone ages 8 yr. and up. Sensei Brian Means will be offering classes in all of the following: Namido Jujitsu, Budoshin White Tiger Hapkido, Shotokan, Western Malay Kickboxing, Namido MMA, and self-defense. Sensei Brian Means sits on the Namido Board of Directors as the Dean of Namido MMA and is the MS State Representative for the Koreja Do Christian Martial Arts Organization. KOREJADO CHRISTIAN MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION SEMINARS:
We will keep you informed on the planned Korejado seminars as they are scheduled. We would love to have each and every school, student and instructor come and join us. We have great fun and fellowship in these events! This will give you a great opportunity to meet other martial artist and cross train in other arts. This is a great way to further your knowledge of the arts, while filling in the weak spots of your mother art. This organization doesn't want control of your school or system, the goal is unify the artist and the styles. Namido Martial arts Yudanshakai is proud to announce its sanction of the new "Team Namido Mixed Martial Arts" style and fight team. This team consist of all Namido Jujitsu Students from the Morton Church of God lead by Shihan Michael Frazier and Bushido Martial Arts academy lead by Hanshi Larry Ingle. Also the Budoshin "White Tiger" Hapkido Federation lead by Shihan Craig Hamm.
PATCHES, T-SHIRTS AND TEAM NAMIDO JUMP SUITS COMING SOON:
The Namido patches are in and they cost $5.00 each! Wear it over your heart on your uniform! Budoshin White Tiger patches available for $5.00 each! The new patch design for the Korejado is available for $10.00 each. You will be impressed with the messege behind the patch! Shihan Hamm and myself were designing the patch and it just fell together and the messege of salvation soon followed! We are charging for these patches because we are trying to build the organization up with enough money to serve you better! Everyone knows we as a Christian organization can't minister without money! I'm not one to beg for money however, it cost money to travel and put on events that bring people into the organization. We are none profit, but we do ask for your support, by purchasing tapes, DVD and patches. We have created a design that is being produced now for our Team Namido jump suits and T-shirts. This will be available very soon!
INSTRUCTIONAL DVD, TAPES, AND WRITTEN MATERIALS:

Self defense, jujitsu grappling, Western Malay Kickboxing, Namido Jujitsu, and Muay Thai videos and DVDs will be made available to you soon! All of these materials will be performed and instructed by various board members of this organization.
RANK TEST PROGRESSION PROVIDED THROUGH THIS ORGANIZATION:
If you are a black belt that has lost contact with his instructor and need to continue testing for higher rank or need an organization to test under, you have come to the right place! We are able through this Yudanshakai, to test all styles and oversee your rank promotions. Our organization has over 700 members and many are Sokes of their own systems. We have all the major styles in our organization, which gives this Yudanshakai the power to rank any style. We will have a board compiled with various ranks in different styles and at least one Master rank will sit in on the rank test, in order to maintain the highest standards of this organization. You may study one of our in house systems and test, or come to our seminars for hands on training. All black belt testing will have to be done in person before a rank review board! VIDEO AND AT HOME MARTIAL ART STUDY COURSES:
While we recommend that you train in person under the guidance of a trained instructor, we also understand that some people don't have the luxury of training in a dojo, because of their work schedule or areas they live. We will consult with you over the phone and instruct through video training. You will have to practice the techniques until reaching a level of proficency expected by the board of examiners and send a video of you executing the techniques for evaluation. You will have to send a photo ID to prove you are the one performing the techniques in the video. Also you will have to appear before a black belt panel to test for your black belt, either at one of our scheduled seminars, or you can make the trip to one of our nearest schools.
Namido Martial Arts Yudanshakai will start having two seminars each year, a fall camp and spring or summer camp. We will have a line up of instructors from different styles, to enable all of our artist to cross train with different instructors to help fill in the holes of your current styles. This will be a great opportunity to have fun and fellowship and unite the artist and the arts.
